They were in the process of remodeling the property our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The only issue we had was our neighbors were drinking all night and very noisy til 3am and they were friends of the owner of the property so my complaints went unheard so my wife got very little sleep each night . And they didn't offer to change our room.
